Our primary shipping provider is Ninja Van, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of your haircare products within Malaysia. However, we may use other shipping providers to provide the best service and timely delivery.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping provider used. Here are the standard delivery estimates:
• Local Deliveries (Within Malaysia): 2-4 business days
4. Shipping to Non-residential Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
